Delete your Vinci Catch / Renaiss Index account

Sign in to the account you want to delete, open Settings, choose Delete account, and confirm. You can also do this from Settings in either app.

This removes your profile, wishlist, collections and account history, and signs out every device. An anonymous deleted-account record remains. Uploaded photos are queued for removal by our hourly cleanup process.

Your Google/Renaiss identity, wallet assets and device-only Library are separate. Partner contract records are retained separately.
