What a sales export should contain
We accept common export formats — CSV, a shared sheet, or a marketplace export. What matters is that each row maps to a card identity, a grade, a realized price, and when the sale closed.
Fields we map
Card identity
Set name, card number, variation, and language — or a graded cert (e.g. PSA73628064). Language is part of identity; we never mix observations across languages.
Grade
Grading company (PSA / BGS / CGC / SGC) and grade, or “raw” for ungraded.
Price
The realized sale price and its currency (e.g. JPY, USD).
Observed at
When the sale closed — a timestamp, not the listing date.
Reference
An optional order id or link so a trade can be verified back to your records.
